Should you decide not to continue or cancel in the middle of the design and development; the down payment will serve as a Kill Fee. You can have the designs/PSDs in any case.
For the tutorial/task support and updates, just use the hours at your convenience within the service consumable/valid period; you can schedule a paid class of 1-2 hours per session or email tasks support/updates. Then just pay again in advance per set for succeeding sessions/work hours.
For tarot reading, just schedule a session at your convenience.
For paid products, you will receive the item within the indicated time frame.

Advance or down payment applies to every service or product just like any other business.
Web design and development starts once the down payment is cleared/received.
Tutorial/task support + updates and tarot reading can get started once the down payment is cleared/received.
Website package affiliate/partner (also referral) commission payments are upon client’s received/cleared down payment: 60%, and final payment: 40%.
