1. Select the package: fill up form & pay down payment: gets started once the down payment is cleared/received
2. Will contact you through email and/or Skype (or other chat client you prefer): we discuss your brand details (theme/motif, color scheme, look and feel, domain name, etc.), then we start with
3. Phase 1: design; of logo and skin (home and inner/internal page layouts; wireframes and mockups)
4. Phase 2: development; set-up/installation/configuration/conversion of CMS+theme/templates+plugins: implementation of approved designs + client pays final payment upon server ownership transfer
5. Phase 3: quality check/testing + documentation & usage tutorial
6. Phase 4: client reviews the site and approves; then, launch.

Communication is crucial specially in the first week. This is where we set the brand concept and pages wireframes and elements and build from there onward.
Great and helpful if you already have some ideas and know what you want and can provide description; text or sketch, or site example/URL that you want to emulate in terms of look and feel and/or functionality. Anyway, we discuss this in detail in the beginning of phase one.
